Carl LaBove was booked, canceled and rebooked for this weekend at Side Splitters Comedy Club. LaBove was already on the schedule when the owner of Side Splitters decided to close for football season and cancel all the upcoming shows.
Steve Hofstetter’s management group re-opened the club on September 11 with an option to buy it. Things didn’t work out as hoped and Hofsteter’s group pulled out of the deal. Last weekend, a slate of local comics performed. This weekend, Carl LaBove is headlining. There’s no word yet about what will happen next weekend.
