One of the best cups of coffee you can get is a “pour-over.” I discovered this a year-and-a-half ago when I went to a Starbucks in the evening after they had stopped brewing dark roast coffee for the day. They made me a pour-over, which is a single cup of hot water, poured over freshly ground beans.
Last month, I found myself in a situation where I could once again get a pour-over. This time I photographed the process with my smartphone. To a coffee fan like me, the photos are mouth-watering.
