On Fridays during Lent, Catholics become pesco-lacto-ovo-vegetarians. We can eat fish, cheese or eggs but not poultry, beef, pork, lamb or several other meats. I will often have a can of tuna and salad greens for lunch. My wife prefers salmon, as you can see here.
If tuna is the chicken of the sea, what is salmon? The turkey of the sea? The pheasant of the sea? How can they put salmon in a package and still call it the chicken of the sea?
