The Smith Apprentice

Catholic Charities of East Tennessee scored a touchdown by getting Harrison Smith of the Minnesota Vikings as this year’s honorary chairman of the Kids Helping Kids Fun Walk to benefit Columbus Home. I was the honorary chairman from 2010 to 2013. The 2014 event will be held on May 4 at Knoxville Catholic High School, in the same stadium where Smith played football.

Although the Walk is still two-and-a-half months away, I pre-recorded an interview with Smith today while he was in Knoxville. Here are a couple of candid photos taken during the interview. Once the post-production is complete, I’ll share the link to the video.
