On my recent trips to Washington, I downloaded a smartphone app called TV Food Maps. It has the potential to improve upon something I already do. For example, I chose which restaurants to visit in St. Louis by searching the websites for Cupcake Wars and Man v. Food. The app could put that power in the palm of my hand.
The app has a $2.99 paywall that locks away some of its useful features. Their website is more functional.
I searched their website for Scrumps Cupcakes in Knoxville and Jilly’s Cupcake Bar in St. Louis. Both places have been on Cupcake Wars but neither was on TV Food Maps. I took it upon myself to contact them and report that two of my favorite shops were missing.
