Concrete Evidence

The relatively new Shake Shack in Washington drew us in. My wife and I were headed toward the Spy Museum last week when we changed plans and walked in to the adjacent Shake Shack instead.

At least two concretes on the menu had a spy theme. Doughnuts Are Forever was a reference to a James Bond film. My wife and I split a small SMORSEcode concrete. A portion of the proceeds from it benefited No Kid Hungry.

There was also a concrete called the Beltway Blonde. I think it was not a reference to spies but to various women who were involved in scandals with politicians. Does anybody remember Fanne Fox, Elizabeth Ray or Donna Rice?
