Computer problems plague everyone at one time or another. I wasn’t expecting them to plague me so soon.
I bought a Google Chromebook last November from Amazon.com. It’s worked well until one day this past week. When I turned it on, about a quarter of the screen was blank. The next day the damaged area had grown to about a third. It’s now about two-thirds gone.
Thankfully, the machine has a one-year warranty. I called Samsung and reported the problem. They sent me a shipping label. I have to send the Chromebook off to Texas for repairs, which means I’ll be without it for a week or two.
