If not for a report on NPR this morning, I would never have known about Jerry Seinfeld’s appearance on MLB Network. He was interviewed by Bob Costas in a special titled: “Costas & Seinfeld: Who’s on First?” In the program, which aired July 12, Jerry analyzed the rhythm of the classic Abbot & Costello routine.
In this day and age of video on-demand, I assumed that it would be easy to find the full episode online. I also thought I would find a late-night rebroadcast that I could record on my DVR. I didn’t find either one. The network’s programming calendar is awkward to navigate and lacking a search bar. The only video I found was a 92-second excerpt from the show.
