Downtown Knoxville Relay for Life 2012 - Downtown Knoxville Relay for Life 2012 - The Relay for Life of Metro Knoxville took on a special significance for my wife and me. I promised to send him the links to my blog posts that mention him. I also enjoyed socializing with a group of Starbucks baristas. As we passed the Knoxville Museum of Art on our way to our car, my wife and I happened to see a woman named Lori and her husband Clark. They were making a late-night Gigi’s Cupcakes delivery to their team, Vandelay Industries. They set the boxes down on the sidewalk to let us see what they had. The money we spent on a delicious lemon cupcake went to a great cause.
