Summa Cum Laude

Frank and Frank Jr. at the undergraduate recognition ceremony As my wife’s cousin said yesterday, it was an accomplishment for my son just to get accepted at a prestigious university. It was another accomplishment for him to graduate in four years and yet another for him to earn a spot as one of the valedictorians in the school of engineering in addition to earning several academic awards.

My son is my hero. His hard work and determination paid off. It was especially rewarding to hear his friends and classmates cheer for him during the undergraduate recognition ceremony. The dean heard them too. His response was, “Fans!”
